Paula Schwartz has more than 25 years of experience as an investor relations counselor. Since joining Rx Communications in 2002, she has worked closely with both privately held and publicly traded companies in the life sciences and healthcare arenas, advising management teams on such issues as messaging and positioning, crisis management and investor targeting. As an expert writer, Paula has created content for client company press releases, presentations, websites, fact sheets and annual reports, among other key communications tools.
Prior to joining Rx Communications, Paula was a Partner at The Financial Relations Board, which, at the time, was the largest investor relations firm in the U.S. While there, Paula counseled companies in both the pre-IPO stage, as well as in the after-market. In that capacity, she led in excess of 50 client programs for an international base of companies in a wide range of industries, including biotechnology, specialty pharmaceuticals, medical devices and healthcare services.
Paula began her career in investor relations at KCS&A Public Relations, attaining the position of Vice President/Director of Investor Relations Programs.
