Tina Posterli
Tina has over 14 years of experience in public relations and marketing communications. She has developed and implemented brand positioning strategies; product launches; global and U.S. public relations programs; and cutting-edge media campaigns for clients in the pharmaceutical, non-profit, consumer product, financial and entertainment arenas.

Tina’s clients have included leading companies and organizations such as Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, March of Dimes and The Fritz Institute. Her areas of expertise include; product positioning; implementing successful third-party partnerships; government relations; Web site promotion and site launches; and special events.

Prior to Rx Communications, Tina was Chapter Services Manager for Tourette Syndrome Association, Inc., where she created, spearheaded and launched the organization’s Multicultural Program and Committee. Under her guidance, the organization secured Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr., Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee and Congresswoman Donna Christensen as Honorary Congressional Co-Chairs. She was also instrumental in mobilizing 500+ chapter leaders across the country to initiate screening and public relations events for the organization’s HBO documentary, I Have Tourette’s But Tourette’s Doesn’t Have Me, which aired in November, 2005.

Tina’s background includes working in radio in Columbus, Ohio, as well as leadership positions with Ruder Finn Public Relations, The Greater New York March of Dimes and The United Way of Hancock County in Findlay, Ohio.
